Do I need a scanner or new property management software?
Photograph documents with your phone’s camera in the SpeedInn app. The web portal handles your account and settings. SpeedInn focuses on guest and stay details; it is not a full booking management system.
Which documents can I use?
Start with passports that have a machine-readable zone (MRZ). For identity cards and driving licences, check support in the app: it may be limited or require manual entry. Always review the fields before confirming.
What happens after the 20 registrations?
The introductory allowance is available once per workspace and does not reset each month. Choose a plan to continue. Prices are monthly and exclude VAT:

You can add packs of 100 registrations for €7, or €5 on Business, excluding VAT. Each pack requires the account owner’s confirmation. Full terms are shown in your account.
How are registrations counted?
Each document processed by AI counts as one registration, even if you later edit or delete the details. The front and back of the same document count as one registration; technical failures that prevent processing do not count. You receive alerts at 80% and 100% of your allowance. New processing stops at the limit: each extra pack requires the account owner’s confirmation and is billed in the applicable monthly cycle.
Are document photos kept on file?
Images are deleted within one hour of the upload completing. Extracted and confirmed details are separate from the photos and follow the service’s retention rules. See the privacy notice for details.
How does SpeedInn adapt to my property’s country?
The workflow follows the country of your property, not the website language. For UK properties, SpeedInn helps prepare guest and stay records for the hotel guest register. Other supported countries have their own reporting, form or record-keeping workflows. Availability and activation are checked for each property; reviewing the data and meeting applicable obligations remain your responsibility.
Can I start as soon as I create an account?
First, complete your setup and property details, review the required documents and wait for account approval. Your hands-on trial starts after these steps. SpeedInn is for accommodation operators who meet the service’s eligibility requirements.
